Review and Edit Outlook Emails with Copilot

Transcript

When you use Copilot to generate email, text, it doesn't always get it perfect the first time. Let's say I'm the manager of a hotel and I want to draft a message to my colleague, Harry, about a guest complaint. I'm going to create a new email, Control N, I'm then gonna press Alt I to open Copilot or click on the skittle.

Now I'm gonna type in my prompt and click the arrow to generate. Now this response is pretty good, but we can make changes. We could ask Copilot to generate another version of the email by simply clicking on Retry. The new draft of the email will generated as version two, and we can cycle between both versions and choose the one that we prefer.

We can also ask Copilot to make the response shorter or longer. We can change the tone. So let's be a little bit more direct here. And each time that we make a change, a new version of the email draft is generated. So you can really pick and choose which one you prefer, and then click Keep it. And that's it.

We are all done.
